Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) translates to ‘doctors without borders’. This charity provides medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Their teams are made up of tens of thousands of professionals working in health and medical care, logistics, administration, communications, skilled trades – all bound together by our charter and serving people in need. Their actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence, and neutrality. We are a non-profit, self-governed, member-based organisation.

Médecins Sans Frontières provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict. They do so irrespective of race, religion, creed or political convictions.

UNICEF is the United Nations Children’s Fund, working to protect the rights of every child, everywhere. They are active in over 190 countries and territories, working closely with the government, local partners and charities, and have helped save more children's lives than any other humanitarian organization.
